Bentley Continental GTC W12
Continental GTC in a few words
Continental GTC C for Convertible is one of the very finest open-top cars in the world. This model is the car that turned Bentley’s fortunes around, after the company’s takeover by Volkswagen in 1998, provided it with the resources to be able to design and build a more modern take on the theme of sporting luxury. The four-seat convertible is beautifully finished. legroom back there is, however, fairly restricted, meaning adults will only be happy for the shortest of journeys. Even with the roof in place, headroom is good in all four seats. No need to tell comfort and luxury are omnipresent with wonderful seats that massage your back as you drive.
The W12 version received the sporty suspension but stays a superb long-distance tourer. Effortless, considering the size and power, all GT Convertibles come equipped with an eight-speed automatic gearbox, and so for the most part driving one couldn’t be easier. For such a big heavy (2.5 tonne) vehicle, the steering is usefully light at low speeds, and the brakes both linear and powerful. Really fun to drive, convertible is plenty of power with his 590hp power and runs 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 secs. GTC models will put a smile on your face, both from how fast they accelerate and how much grip they have in corners.
